Improve your mental health at work
The Mental Health Foundation has produced a series of short videos to help people identify and manage their own common mental health problems, and support others, in the workplace. Produced in association with Royal Mail, the films give practical advice on tackling anxiety, stress and depression.
According to the Mental Health Foundation, “Most people with common mental health problems like anxiety and depression are employed, and most people with long-term mental health problems want to work”.
