Mental Health Foundation: Good relationships are key to mental health

The Mental Health Foundation’s Mental Health Awareness Week 2016 will focus on promoting and celebrating the importance of strong social networks and healthy, supportive relationships in maintaining our emotional health and well-being.

The MHF suggests that good relationships have even more of an impact on our mental health than diet or exercise, and that we need to address the barriers that prevent many people from forming those relationships. Leading up to Mental Health Awareness Week (16th to 22nd May) they will be providing information and resources to help you raise awareness and to make the most of your own relationships with friends, family and your wider social network.  To find out more, sign up for information alerts.
