Oasis-Talk featured in latest BACP Counselling at Work Journal

Have you ever wondered what it takes to set up a therapy business, or how to lead such an organisation in uncertain times? In the latest edition of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) Counselling at Work Journal, Oasis-Talk’s CEO and founder, Vicki Palmer, shines a light on leadership in uncertain times.

Oasis-Talk was founded in 2012 in response to the Health and Social Care Act, enabling us to retain valued staff, and as somewhere from which to bid for the new any qualified provider (AQP) services being trialled by the coalition Government. Since then we have grown from a small organisation seeing just over 1,000 people in our first year, to now delivering therapy to over 3,800 individuals across Bristol & South Gloucestershire.

You can learn more about our journey in the full article, including the most important things we have learned so far and how paying attention to the small things can often have the most impact on the patients we work with.
