We assess our impact in a variety of ways, including:
- asking clients to score their feelings, thinking and physical sensations every week on a simple form. These forms indicate a client’s levels of anxiety, depression and overall psychological wellbeing.
- asking clients to rate the help we have given them. We ask them to complete patient experience questionnaires after they have finished their therapy or workshop.
Oasis-Talk began providing services to the NHS from 1 November, 2012. In time, we will be reporting on our impact based on the data we are collecting. We will provide the highlights here on our website.
