Advert for Operations Manager and Business Development Manager October 2019

Oasis-Talk CIC is a social enterprise with a strong commitment to and track record of providing emotional health services in the South West. We provide CBT, talking therapies and psycho-educational support to individuals, couples and groups.

We have recently re-organised our service offer and are looking for an Operations Manager and a Business Development Manager to work with us to help build the new service. We are looking for Managers who are self motivated, organised and outcome driven, and good communicators who want to be part of our business team involved in shaping our future .

The Operations Manager: will be responsible for the internal operations of Oasis Talk and ensure that all the business systems work well including Information Governance, Health and Safety, Performance Management, premises and client contacts and HR Functions.
Salary: £26,000- £28,000 for full time salary; pro rata part time
Hours: 3 days per week

The Business Development Manager: will be responsible for developing new business aligned with the strategic aims of the Board and with the current business plan. This will involve writing bids and grant applications, project management, and supporting all internal and external communications
Salary: £36,000-£38,000 for full time salary; pro rata part time
Hours: 3 days per week

We are looking for Managers with excellent communication skills and with an enthusiasm for working with diverse populations with diverse needs, and for supporting Therapists to meet those needs. We are currently recruiting for two part-time posts, and are open to recruiting one full-time Business Manager post at higher salary [£36,000 – £40,000] for someone who can provide both roles.
