Keep up your Mindfulness practice

Starting in March 2016 we will be offering monthly follow-up sessions through our private service for people who have completed 8 week Mindfulness programmes with Oasis-Talk or elsewhere.

For many people, it can be hard to stay motivated when you are continuing your Mindfulness practice on your own. Coming together with others can be an enjoyable way to keep the practice going and deepen your understanding of Mindfulness. Led by an Oasis-Talk Mindfulness teacher, we will revisit the meditations that you learned on your 8 week course, with a few new ones and some additional ideas for cultivating greater Mindfulness in your daily life.
