Guided self-help

We offer guided self -help with a therapist by phone and face to face in Bristol.

Sessions are 30-40 minutes and are designed to help you find your own solutions to any of the following:

  • Depression or low mood
  • Anxiety and worry
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Unhelpful thoughts
  • Panic attacks
  • Specific phobias
  • Problem solving
  • Mild OCD

These sessions can be very effective for those who are experiencing mild to moderate difficulty.
