Well-being taster session

Delivery time: 1 hour
Max attendees: 25
Price: £160 (+VAT)

Full-day session

Delivery time: 6 hours
Max attendees: 15
Price: £900 (+VAT)

Half-day session

Delivery time: 3 hours
Max attendees: 15
Price: £450 (+VAT)

6-week course

Total delivery time: 9 hours (weekly sessions of 1.5 hours)
Max attendees: 15
Price: £1,150 (+VAT)


Workplace well-being sessions are available in a range of different topics which include: assertiveness, anxiety, building confidence at work, managing anger, mindful living, low mood, relaxation, sleep and stress.
