Oasis-Talk is committed to the well-being of organisations by providing therapy for staff and well-being sessions. Many waking hours are spent at work, and workplace relationships play a vital role in overall well-being. Well supported staff work at their best.

Oasis-Talk can offer well-being sessions, either as once off taster sessions or as 6 week courses. Courses are based on the latest research and are continually revised to provide useful up to date information on well-being in the workplace.

Oasis-Talk has been delivering many well-being courses for over 7 years and has a gold standard for delivery. We consistently receive positive feedback about how useful participants find the courses.
