Counselling provides a regular time for you to talk in a safe and confidential space. Counsellors don’t usually offer advice but they can help you deal with problems, improve relationships and live in a way you find more fulfilling. There are many kinds of counselling. read more

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive behavioural therapy, or CBT, can help with a range of emotional and psychological problems. CBT works on how we think about a situation to change the way we feel and act. Your therapist will help you learn coping skills and ways of challenging unhelpful thinking. read more


Our courses can help you learn practical ways of managing your problems. Courses are not group therapy – you don’t have to share your problems or even say anything at all. They cover a range of issues from depression and anxiety to relaxation and living mindfully. read more

Older Adults Projects

We run two projects specifically working with people aged 50+ living in Bristol. This includes a free counselling service for older adults, and a range of wellbeing courses for older adults from Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities. read more
